In 2007, we were photographed in Eze. It’s dark and hard to make out the details of the photo, but there we are, smiling and hugging under an archway. I can’t remember if we chose to have the photograph taken under the archway because of the way the street lights played with the surrounding structures. Windows and walls are highlighted and shadowed, and there are a few spots where light bulbs glow brightly. It really is a stunning little picture.

**Description is terrible (and poorly written). Try to avoid the clichés.

Photo observations:

Cobblestone street, archway with light underneath, streetlamp, aged and scarred walls, feels like something timeless. Plant life everywhere, all black, darkest part of the photo. What are the materials? Streetlamp glows brightly, I can’t seem to escape light and dark metaphors. Other observations to make my mind expand plz? Shutters, and bench. Reminds me of a setting for a movie, a spy maybe? Crap.
